The staff here were really friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. the rooms were clean and came with a kitchenette and a patio, just as mentioned. 😊.

I had a real good stay. Everything was great, terrific service, particularly good location short walk to Siracusa / Ortigia, nice mediteranian gardens and sea. Thanks to friendly and excellent staff the atmosphere was elegant.

I also found the hotel's accessibility for senior people to be quite convenient, with panoramic windows and a sunroof allowing for plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the surrounding scenery.

If I had to ask for one thing to enhance the vacation experience for senior people, it would be for the staff to receive better training in customer service. I found that some of the children working there lacked proper people skills and could have been more attentive and helpful.

The grounds are spacious with nice apartments and a great pool area. Good location for exploring the area and short drive to Siracusa/Ortigia or the beaches at Fontane Bianche. Helpful and friendly staff.
